8. Batman Takes Harley In
This is presumably another look at the flashback that sees Batman chasing Harley and the Joker through Gotham that results in Joker's car crashing and Harley being left for dead. Her rescuer comes in the unlikely shape of Batman, who seemingly scoops her up and takes her off to prison.
Again, there's another sequence in the trailer whose editing makes it seem like Harley's falling from the roof and Batman jumps in to the river save her, but it's just misdirection.
It's far more likely that the two sequences are miles apart in the film: the Batman dive appears to come from the end of his car chase with Joker and Harley falling is immediately followd by the shot of her hanging upside down from a rope down the side of the building.
Notice Batman's aqualung. We're going to get to see him swimming underwater again: let's hope he's brought along his shark repellant Bat-spray...
