Super Bowl 2020 Trailers: 10 Things We Learned

The Super Bowl is one of the most widely-watched events, sporting or otherwise, on the annual TV calendar, not only for the game itself but the dozens of trailers and ads aired during the Big Game.

With the Super Bowl typically being watched by over 100 million people, it's little surprise that movie studios have no qualms about spending huge sums of cash to get their latest trailers in front of all those eyeballs.

For this year's game, a single 30-second TV spot cost an insane $5.6 million, and though the likes of Warner Bros. and Sony decided to skip out the event entirely, we did get glossy new trailers for many of 2020's most anticipated films - and a ton of hilarious adverts, too.

Though it's tough to cram anything particularly revelatory into a mere 30-second spot, these trailers and commercials certainly turned heads and got everyone talking on social media.

While 2020 clearly isn't going to be the insanely stacked year for film that 2019 was - largely thanks to Disney alone - there's still a ton to get excited about. Here's what we learned...
