12. Bruce Willis

Ol€™ Bruce can still kick ass with the best of them, and though his film choices are always a little hit and miss (Surrogates, Cop Out, Red, The Cold Light of Day), with the exception of one stinker that nobody saw, he brought gravitas to two of the year€™s best films...and The Expendables 2. Once again showing that Bruce Willis and time travel can only be a good thing, Willis gave one of his best performances since Unbreakable in Looper, showing why he was, and I guess still kind of is, one of the biggest stars on the planet. And along with Ed Norton he joined the Wes Anderson troupe in a light-hearted and very touching role as a bumbling, philandering Sheriff. Next year sees him back to his old tricks as John €˜I truly am getting top old for this s**t€™ McClane in Live Young, Die Hard or whatever-the-Hell lazy title they come up with (I know it€™s A Good Day to Die Hard, I€™m just trying - unsuccessfully - to make a point).
