If there is one thing that I thought was missing from The Amazing Spider Man it was this. The one thing I loved about the Sam Raimi movies when I went to see them was that opening credits music. As soon as the drums kicked in I knew I was in for a Spider Man thrill ride. Whilst I did like James Horner's work on The Amazing Spider Man soundtrack, I missed Danny's theme. I know Marc Webb wants to stray away from the original, but if he is considering bringing back JK Simmons for J. Jonah Jameson, then I am sure he can do this as well. The main rule of the film industry is to give the people what they want, right?
