9. Carmine Falcone (Confirmed)

Following in the footsteps of the likes of Spider-Man 3, and both Homecoming and Far From Home, Matt Reeves is reportedly preparing to bring as many villains into his Batman story as possible. One of which will be the Gotham mobster kingpin, Carmine Falcone.

After being portrayed in Batman Begins and Gotham by Tom Wilkinson and John Doman respectively, the character will be brought to life in 2021 by John Turturro. As of right now there is no telling how big a role Falcone will have in Reeves' first Batman movie, but with so many other antagonists to develop and give screen time to, it's hard to imagine he will feature as anything more than a secondary villain.

Possibly best known as Jesus Quintana in the Big Lebowski, John Turturro has a long back catalogue of both serious and comedic roles. So while he has the chops to make Carmine Falcone every bit as gritty and intimidating as the iterations before him, he also has the potential to inject a bit of humour into the character as well.
