The Batman Movie Has 2 Different Endings - The Joker SHOCK Villain Cameo!
More fuel added to those rumours of a certain Gotham City favourite appearing in The Batman.
Adding further fuel to the flames where it pertains to those rumours of the Joker appearing in Matt Reeves' The Batman, Warner Bros. has been testing two different cuts of the movie.
What's most interesting about this, as per The Hollywood Reporter, is that the major difference between these two versions of The Batman is that one cut features a certain character, whilst the other cut does not. THR doesn't reveal which character or actor this is, but the belief is that The WB has now made a final decision on which cut to move forward with ahead of The Batman's release on 4 March 2022.
Putting two and two together and possibly getting 37, some are tying this in with the recent rumour that Dunkirk's Barry Keoghan is playing the Clown Prince of Crime in this latest iteration of Gotham City.
Keoghan has long been confirmed to be a part of The Batman, with his role previously said to be that of Stanley Merkal, a GCPD colleague of Jim Gordon's. Where the Joker rumour comes from, is largely down to Keoghan's brother taking to social media with a since-deleted post about Barry playing the Jester of Genocide.
While we'll have to wait for The Batman to arrive next year before we find out whether or not the ominous presence of the Joker looms large over Gotham, what we do know for sure is that Robert Pattinson's Caped Crusader will be butting heads with Paul Dano's Riddler, Colin Farrell's Penguin and will have interactions with Zoe Kravitz's Selina Kyle.
