7. Tam's Death

Tam eventually realises that the Shepard needs to be vented in order to stop condensation building up and possibly causing it to malfunction in the first place. However, as she gets to work fixing things, she's overcome with a flood of water...because reasons.

As the crew desperately tries to rescue her, she drowns, and the water pressure eventually causes an airlock breach, insta-freezing the water inside the airlock and ensuring Tam can't be revived.

This was a half-grim, half-silly scene that probably could've been a lot more effective if it made a little more sense.
