The trailer contains about a dozen different, undeniably awesome shots of Idris Elba holding or firing a gun while looking like a total bada**.

He is, of course, the Gunslinger aka Roland, a man on a desperate quest to reach the Dark Tower in the hope of saving humanity from a cataclysmic event.

If there's one thing you can count on this movie getting right, it's making the most of Elba's statuesque screen presence.
