What good spy thriller doesn't have a car chase? Hopefully this opening salvo between Illya and Napoleon (or rather, Napoleon's driver more on her later) is just the first of many, because it looks rather impressive. Not quite the down-and-dirty realism of your French Connections or Bullitt, but cool nonetheless. For the most part it looks like practical stunts (as in, actual driving) with a smattering of CGI, which is very encouraging. Too much CGI, and you lose any sense of danger, and if a car chase should be anything its dangerous. Plus knowing stunt drivers really did all those sweet drifts is super cool.
