14. David Dastmalchian - Polka-Dot Man
Batman fans may recall David Dastmalchian for his brief performance as one of Joker's underlings in 2008's The Dark Knight, where he's interrogated by Harvey Dent after a daylight attack on the GCPD. He's returning to the DCU with The Suicide Squad, and according to reports will be playing Polka-Dot Man, a Silver Age Batman villain who somehow keeps on coming back.
When he first appeared in 1962, Polka-Dot Man's spots actually had their own unique properties. He could magic up weapons and vehicles on a whim, but when he returned to face a darker, less colourful Gotham, he did so with just a baseball bat, and found himself getting beaten by Harvey Bullock for his troubles.
It's hard to see which approach Gunn will take in the upcoming film, but expect it to play up on the 'will he, won't he' potential of Polka-Dot Man's powers. Either that or he rushes into a situation with a bat and winds up dead for his troubles. Take your pick.
