Another of James Gunn's characters that gives away no clues with just a name is Presidente General Luna. Played by Juan Diego Botto, the General is likely a part of the same regime as General Suarez, but again, there is no hint to his allegiances, motivations, or impact on the movie.

The character is sure to be powerful and influential, but over whom is still a mystery. With no specific character from the comics to draw comparisons to, Botto's character will likely stay under wraps until August 2021, leaving fans guessing until the very last minute.
