4. Loki & Valkyrie Get Romantic

The Rumour: In August, a promotional image for the movie was released showing Loki and Valkyrie in a tussle, and actress Tessa Thompson whipped up a rumour frenzy online when she additionally stated, "There’s a thin line between how much they hate and love each other."

So, the latest forced romance in the MCU is between the God of Mischief and...Valkyrie? Alright...

The Truth: Thankfully this wasn't the case at all, and Ragnarok smartly skirted around several potential romantic subplots.

Loki and Valkyrie don't have a ton of interaction throughout the film at all, in fact, and considering that Thompson has stated her interpretation of Valkyrie to be bisexual, she certainly has plenty of other options.
