Any one of the Bridge of Spies one-sheets could have taken this spot, as they all lackadaisically paste Tom Hanks' head over some vague, uninspired artwork. I take it the silhouette there is supposed to be running over a bridge, but they don't half make it hard to actually see that. Plus, that has actually nothing to do with the film, which was basically men talking in rooms for two hours.
