The first trailer for Judd Apatow's latest comedy, "This Is 40", has made its way online. If you don't believe me, take a look for yourself below;"This Is 40" follows Pete (Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Leslie Mann) a few years after the events of 'Knocked Up'. Written and directed by Judd Apatow (Knocked Up, 40 Year Old Virgin) the film focuses on how our favourite couple are coping with life whilst fast approaching the big 40 - and it seems to be a little bit touch and go. The film boasts an outstanding supporting cast in the form of Jason Segel, Megan Fox, Chris O'Dowd, Melissa McCarthy and John Lithgow - and of course, not forgetting the mini (or now perhaps not so mini) Maude Apatow and Iris Apatow. I'm sure that some people will watch the trailer and think that there aren't enough laughs coming thick and fast to allow the film to make a real impact, but that isn't necessary. It's the "mid-life crisis" that everyone faces at some point in their life, and the loved ones that become involved. People who have passed it by will laugh back at memories of themselves, and those who are yet to reach it will laugh at what's surely to come. One thing's for sure - if you get that close to a mirror aimed at your partners unmentionables then you're probably going to get through this together - with a series of hilarious, and often poignant events. This Is 40 is scheduled for a release on 21st December 2012 in the UK and USA.
