11. David Corenswet - Mr. Irrelevant: The John Tuggle Story

Though he's currently busy shooting Superman sequel Man of Tomorrow, David Corenswet recently completed production of a film in which he seems no-less brilliantly cast.

Corsenswet will star in Mr. Irrelevant: The John Tuggle Story, the devastating true story of NFL running back John Tuggle, who was the final pick of the 1983 NFL draft and passed away from cancer at just age 25 in 1986.

It's gonna be an absolute tear-jerker, no question, and beyond being the spitting image of the actual Tuggle, this looks like the perfect role for Corenswet to flex his natural charisma and likeability. And as a result the heartbreaking end to Tuggle's story will surely hit even harder. 

Easy though it'd be for the guy playing Superman to simply be a distraction in a sports biopic, from the images we've seen so far he looks to be disappearing into the role quite perfectly.
