3. The Most Convenient Army Ever
It's possible to accept that Maurice the orangutan could learn speech after only knowing sign language for so long. Hell, it's even possible to accept that a horse could carry the weight of a fully grown gorilla and a chimpanzee at the same time. But I will absolutely not accept the convenience of the other human army turning up mere seconds after the apes manage to escape the base.

That's just stretching acceptability too far, as it's literally about 3 seconds after they get the last chimp out that the helicopters appear to rain hell down on the base.
