Celebrity gossip site TMZ don't reveal their source 'close to' the actress but do claim they've heard that Lindsay Lohan is to meet with WB soon over a 'major role' in Zack Snyder's Superman reboot, which apparently isn't the feisty reporter Lois Lane. This comes just days after a Latino Review rumour spread that the villain Ursa was the non-Lane part that Rosamund Pike, Alice Eve and Diane Kruger was circling, though the latter's reps have since denied her involvement. Lohan, clearly, isn't a fit for that. Her red-hair would suggest Lana Lang but Clark Kent's high school sweetheart would never have such contempt for the law that Lohan has or need to go to rehab to sort her life out, so I'm not buying into the story. Anyone who takes this rumour seriously and truly believes Lohan, at this stage of her life where she will soon have to answer Grand Theft felony charges, would land a blockbuster role like this with all the baggage that comes with her... well, they should probably check themselves into the nearest Asylum. Too much bull spreading around right now in regards to Superman's return to Metropolis. The Daily Planet would never spread such ludicrous gossip like this. J Jonah Jameson at The Bugle would, but Perry White would never let it print at the Planet.
