You can always count on LEGO to drop some interesting spoilers for the tent-pole movies they tie their sets into, and it looks like they've revealed a choice detail about Wonder Woman's villain.

The newly revealed Wonder Woman Warrior Battle set seems to suggest that mystery villain Ares - set to be played by David Thewlis through motion capture at least partly - will grow to enormous size compared to Wonder Woman during one action set-piece.

Whether he stays that size remains to be seen, but since Thewlis is playing a supposedly human character too, it's unlikely, unless nobody mentions that he's just an actual giant...?

This might be the film's way of personifying the comic book character's special power: growing stronger when in the presence of violence, anger, hate, death, and bloodshed. Since he's reportedly behind the First World War, that might add some explanation to his backstory, and reveal the pay-off.

The box also qualifies that he's definitely far bigger than the other normal-sized characters: he's not a mini-figure and actually a complete build - comparable in size to the Giant Man figure in the Marvel Civil War LEGO airport set...
