9. Frank Quitely's New X-Men Costumes

Dark Phoenix may have missed a golden opportunity to use Jim Lee's iconic nineties costumes teased at the end of X-Men: Apocalypse, but it's replaced them with a look almost as good.

Based primarily on Frank Quitely's New X-Men designs (which were, ironically, created to tie-in with the first of Fox's X-Men films), the latest X-Look injects some much needed yellow to the group's wardrobe, having reverted back to a boring mix of black and grey for Apocalypse.

Again, they might be seen as a step down from the costumes shown off at the end of Apocalypse, but as far X-Men looks do go, they don't get much better than Frank Quitely's.
