5. Stefano Valentini - The Evil Within 2
By far the most entertaining of The Evil Within 2's villains is Stefano Valentini, a demented photographer who moonlights as a serial killer, obsessed with photographing the precise moment of a person's death.
Between his amusingly overdressed attire, deliciously campy voiceover performance, and the highly surreal, theatrical nature of his boss encounter with protagonist Sebastian, he's got way more style and personality than any other antagonist in the game.
As a result, it's a shame that he's killed by Sebastian barely half-way through the game at the end of their boss fight, as the rest of The Evil Within 2 strains to compensate for his conspicuous absence - an enjoyable experience though it certainly still is.
Evidently, Stefano should've been the Big Bad.
