With Google Glass' release date coming closer and closer, we can do nothing more but to picture what kind of things augmented reality would be able to offer. Just think about it for a minute: If we continue upgrading more and more technology so it can cover both eyes instead of just one, you could be able to project images directly into them and maybe even interact. Here's when Batman comes in: while it might seem a tad primitive if something like this gets released for Glass the second it comes out, the idea of you becoming Batman and actually fighting the bad guys is a dream come true. It could be something like "there's an enemy 3 blocks away from your house, find him and arrest him." Or "there's a device here that you must disable, use your knowledge and prevent the missile from launching." If we had to do something like this with current technology (a cell phone or a tablet), I guess the best way to make use of Augmented Reality would have to be with something very simple. Maybe taking some pictures or videos of your friends with the app adding Batman's armor or Joker's suit or another character's clothes. This may not be as cool as you actually becoming the Batman, but it would still be very funny to see something like that.
