10 Beloved Video Game Franchises Overdue A Comeback

10. Infamous

While Sucker Punch's next game, Ghost Of Tsushima, looks absolutely fantastic, their older series, Infamous, was one of the best exclusives on PlayStation.

With the current superhero-focused climate across all entertainment, you'd think bringing it back would be a must.

The last two outings in the franchise were excellent, with both Second Son and First Light offering magnificent visuals, gameplay and stories to match, and even the douchebag-y Delsin Rowe ended up being an incredibly fun character.

Add in the lighter version of the paragon/renegade system that has featured in each entry, and you practically have the perfect superhero game outside of the rosters of Marvel and DC.

So, even with Sony's newfound success with Insomniac's Spider-Man, Sucker Punch should be allowed to return to their universe in the future.
