Many gamers were first exposed to the endless charms of the Fallout series when the franchise was brought out of hiatus by Bethesda in 2008. Launching Fallout 3, the first game in the series since the 2004 release, Fallout: Brotherhood Of Steel in 2004, and the first proper sequel since 1998's Fallout 2, the developer shrugged off initial fears that a shift to first person view would bomb spectacularly. One of the best pieces of videogame art ever made, Fallout 3 was followed up nicely by more of the same in 2010. Fallout: New Vegas can hardly be considered a standalone entry into the series, but it does have merits, and more fans than ever sit with baited breath, waiting to see what Bethesda can dream up for the fourth iteration in the post-apocalyptic series. Fallout has always been about melding great gameplay with tremendous atmosphere, and Keith David fits into the latter part of that harmony perfectly. It's surprising then that the actor didn't star in any of the modern titles, instead making his only Fallout appearance way back in the first game. The earliest title on this list, chronologically, David's performance as the seedy, conniving Decker is a thing of beauty. Fallout has always relied on great voice acting, and fans will surely be hoping for more Keith David once the fourth game lands. Given that the option is there to kill Decker in the initial game, it's unlikely we'll be seeing his return going forward, but there must be a plethora of characters our feature voice talent could play?
