Owing to the simple fact that Call of Duty games have some of the largest and most active online communities, this glitch caused a hell of a lot of international heartache in its time. The Javelin Exploit allowed players to set off a cheeky Cemtex grenade upon dying, meaning that while they€™d have their session score marred with a death, they€™d also have netted themselves at least 1 (usually quite a few more) consolation kill in the process.
