3. Armin Shimerman Andrew Ryan in Bioshock/Bioshock 2
Sticking thoroughly with the Star Trek motif for a moment, Quark from Deep Space Nine is actually Andrew Ryan. Shimerman gives a completely unexpected and awesome performance as the uptight, sociopathic dictator. His vocal talent is outstanding, giving just the right amount of arrogance and fury to the educated and well spoken Ryan. A great choice, perhaps the only choice, Shimerman really brings the character authenticity and we feel the performance.
