10. Quiet Breaks A Guy's Teeth (Metal Gear Solid V)

Superhuman assassin Quiet does a whole bunch of nasty stuff in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but this scene was one of the worst to watch. It begins with a panicked soldier bumping into some of his colleagues while fleeing from Quiet, who calmly marches towards them, sending one flying with a powerful punch before choking two others out.

She then acrobatically lands on the final guy and jams a giant blade into his mouth. The soldier painfully bites down on the knife, to try and stop it from penetrating the back of his skull, but Quiet keeps pushing and eventually we hear a horrifying crack as his front teeth shatter.

Fortunately for the soldier, Snake arrives in time to subdue Quiet before she can finish the job, but the scene was still so hard to watch and especially to listen to, with the noise of the teeth clattering on the blade one of the most shiver-inducing sound effects heard throughout the entire game.
