As part of the humorous, over the top Unstable and Unsanctioned expansion sets, Infinity Golem is illegal in all competitive formats. However, it very well may be legal in a member of you're playgroup's living room, which is probably the best place to cast it.

For a grand total of seven mana, one can whip out a red elemental creature with infinite power — literally.

Keep in mind, though; his toughness is not infinite, it's only five, so make sure you have something in your hand to keep him safe long enough to land a kill shot.

This is a great card to play against in an opponent you aren't particularly fond of. After all, once you hit them for infinite damage, they'll be forced to spend the rest of their existence sitting in a chair, deducting their life total.
