9. Headless CJ - GTA: San Andreas

Rockstar

Time for a bug - but what a glorious bug it is.

See, GTA: San Andreas was the first of Rockstar's crime games to allow for multiplayer - you just had to walk over to a specific point on the map and trigger an icon.

So far, so good.

However, if player two picks up a kitana and uses it on player one's CJ, firstly his head will fly off and it'll cancel the multiplayer session, but once you respawn there'll be a constant geyser of blood flowing from the wound... and you'll be permanently headless.

Seriously, if you happen to be playing San Andreas and try this out, do not save. Back in 2004 games were released without the functionality of updates or patches, allowing this fantastic bug to stand the test of time to this day.
