The Flying Cars mod makes running red lights or weaving in and out of traffic a non-issue. Who wants to stick to the rules when soaring above the clouds in GTA's own version of Doc's DeLorean is way more fun? The modder responsible even tacked on a handy speedometer and altitude display.
