Kira holds the honour of being the first playable female member of The Black Dragon organisation in the history of Mortal Kombat; but that alone is not the reason she is included here. Living in the mountains of Afghanistan; Kira would disguise herself as a man and sell weapons to terrorist organizations. Whether in reality or in fiction; that's a concept that speaks to a person having some serious balls. During a transaction in a cave her gender was revealed and Kira had no choice but to fight her way out; as she emerged victorious she was met by Kabal. On a quest to form a new Black Dragon; Kabal had watched the incident play out and, liking what he saw and particularly impressed by her cold and calculating conduct, offered Kira a place in his organization. Kira's story screams for inclusion; plain and simple. If a male had done these things we would think so; so the fact that, as a woman, she took on Afghan terrorists alone and was the first recruit of a reborn legendary criminal organization should leave no argument over her status here.
