10. Conker's Bad Fur Day

Conker's Bad Fur Day is one of the original examples of games you shouldn't be letting your children play, but because of the adorable cartoon squirrel mascot obviously that piece of advice was handily ignored.

What the player gets with Conker is akin to what South Park had been doing for years, it was crass, unfiltered, and ultimately completely NSFW.

The whole narrative starts as all the classics do: After a night of intense binge drinking Conker tries to find his way home to see his girlfriend (an extremely sexualised rabbit), but along the way he gets into a little bit more than he bargained for.

Whether it's fighting off waves of Nazi teddy bears or partaking in a musical sequence with a giant turd, Conker's quest to find his way home is consumed by one absurdity after another, and while the game's humour hasn't exactly aged well, at the time it was considered to be filthy, taboo, and hilarious.

The ending though? That involves Conker staring down the bottom of the bottle, surrounded by people he can't stand, as it's implied things only spiralled further downwards after the credits rolled.
