10 Most Shocking Roster Picks In WWE Games

10. Corey Graves (WWE 2K15)

Both PC and console versions of 2K15 contained a unique feature to their generation: on the Next Gen version, there was the disappointing MyCareer mode and on the Last Gen version there was Who Got NXT - a series of exhibition matches to unlock certain superstars on the NXT roster.

After completing that, you were given a new task named “Proving Ground” in which you use one the 5 NXT stars to defeat John Cena, much like 2K14’s “Defeat The Streak”. Completing this debut mode unlocked Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Corey Graves, Bo Dallas and Rusev and showcased 4 of their most important NXT matches.

That was a good addition, but Corey Graves stands out, however, by being the only retired superstar in the mode. In late 2014, the Saviour of Misbehaviour announced his retirement from in-ring competition due to “concussion issues” at NXT Takeover R Evolution and was offered a two year commentary contract by Triple H.

WWE 2K15 was his first and, unfortunately, probably his last place in a WWE game.
