10 New Improvements The Bioshock Sequel Needs To Have

9. Make The World Richer

"Richer!?" I hear you cry. Hear me out. Columbia, the prime location in Bioshock Infinite was amazing; it was awash with personality, history and felt like a character in itself...for the first couple of hours. After the initial roller-coaster of an opening, which is slow-paced and allows us to see a fully-inhabited Columbia, the game decides to go combat heavy and leaves us with hardly any NPC's who don't want to blow a bloody great hole in our collectively chiselled face. Whilst it's great seeing a world in ruin, oozing with atmosphere, torn apart by Civil War, sometime's I can't help but feeling it would be nice to interact with the citizens of the world a bit more. The opening moments of Infinite, listening to an Accapella band sing The Beach Boys created intrigue and a genuine sense of mystery that we all wanted to keep exploring more of. Now I'm not saying I want to see Bioshock turned into an RPG with pages and pages of text bubbles, but it would be nice to see a few more sections of the game where you can just sit back, explore and soak in the great world the developers have spent time making.
