10 Rumoured Video Games That Could Still Be Announced In 2016
10. Shadow Of Mordor II
You'd be hard-pressed to find a soul who didn't enjoy Shadow of Mordor.
Not only did it manage to provide Tolkienites with a vibrant, gritty and fresh take on The Lord of the Rings mythos, it did it all whilst innovating the action-adventure genre in a manner unseen since Rocksteady first made waves with 2009's Arkham Asylum.
Which, it must be said, is rather impressive.
Having known that a sequel to the 2014 sleeper-hit has been in the works for some time now, it's come as a surprise to many that Monolith have been able to contain their imaginable excitement for as long as they have.
I suppose Warner Bros. have been just a wee bit occupied with Batman for a while now, but, with the odd exception of Arkham VR, the publisher are yet to announce a big Triple-A release to come in the weeks and months ahead.
Obviously, the Arkham franchise is yet to call it quits, but it is Monolith's series that's beginning to show the most promise. We can only hope Warner takes it off the ice sooner rather than later.
