1. Asylum Demon (Dark Souls)
Ah, the Asylum Demon. Your first taste of the bullheckery that is Dark Souls. Butt-dropping suddenly into your life, taking you and your broken sword completely by surprise.
This initial encounter is supposed to teach you to scan your environment, to respond to stimuli such as your sword doing literally zero damage, and to essentially solve the puzzle by escaping the room.
Pick the Black Firebombs as your starting gift, however, and you can down this boss faster than a cheetah on a travelator.
Simply load the consumables onto your quick bar and lob every single one at the Asylum Demon and he will be ashes before he even has much time to retaliate. It’s a delightfully easy cheese, and feels so damn good. So easy, in fact, that you can literally do it with one hand, and that I can confirm.
