10. Hyperion

Hyperion is an antihero who plays by his own rules, and is less restrained than the classic heroes. He has the same powers as Superman, so having a game where one could play as an unfettered, brutal version of the Man of Steel figure would be a lot of fun.

Included would be the ability to interact with other Marvel heroes, and of course plenty of villains to face off against too. Giving gamers the chance to control this titanic figure in order to let loose on Thanos in particular would be enormous fun.

Video games are a great medium through which to experiment with storytelling in different ways, and letting writers have fun with putting a new spin on the Superman myth, would be a surefire way to distinguish a Hyperion title from the competition.
