10 Things We Want To See From Skate 4

6. Another Classic Soundtrack

For all of the very valid complaints levied at EA, it's hard to argue that the company doesn't have a knack for producing epic soundtracks that perfectly fit the game they accompany.

I mean sure, while many believe that the FIFA series' music has been somewhat lacking in recent years, it's mainly due to the fact that EA had raised the bar too high by crafting flawless musical mixes in previous entries.

Similarly, the Skate series historically featured a diverse mix of music that added to the immersive feel the games created. With ska, metal, hip-hop, reggae, and more included, EA Black Box managed to capture the eclectic mix of sounds that best encapsulated skateboarding culture at the time.

We can only hope and pray that the genius behind the soundtracks for the previous titles will be involved with the upcoming game, because there are very few gaming moments that stand up to riding around the sun-kissed streets of San Vanelona with Showdown by ELO blasting in the background.
