10 Upcoming PS5 Games We Know Are In Development

With the end of a year comes a ton of retrospection, analysis, rankings and most exciting of all, speculation on what's to come.

2018 closes out the fifth year current hardware has been available, and though there's nothing concrete as to release dates for the next PlayStation or Xbox, we know a handful of tantalising details about their prospective specs. Referred to as the PS5 and Xbox Scarlett, Xbox's Phil Spencer has danced around the implementation of streaming games as a way the system could go, though he was quick to point out that this will never replace the "traditional" method of installation and playing from a disc altogether.

On the Sony side, all we know officially is that it's coming, and is in active development. Outside of that, there have been plenty mentions of developers receiving test kits for new hardware, alongside interview snippets and chance job listings that detail what's going on behind the scenes.

With Sony dropping out of E3 2019 and Microsoft acquiring studios for future exclusives, it seems the next generation is right around the corner. Here's what it will look like.
