Though many Super Mario Bros. games have included multiplayer functionality, it was not until 2009s New Super Mario Brothers Wii that players you experience the entire game together. Exploring the Mushroom Kingdom and saving the princess becomes so much more exciting when youre it doing together. Going together comes with its own set of perils though, since picking up your partner and throwing them into danger can be just as fun as actually progressing. The game supports up to 4 players, but is much more fun and manageable to play with 2. New Super Mario Bros. has some seriously challenging levels, so if a pair can get through this platformer together without wanting to kill each other, theyre in pretty good shape.
