The first RⒶGE game dropped on all the platforms in 2010 and 2011, and was insanely popular, taking place on a post-apocalyptic Earth that transformed the planet into a wasteland reminiscent of the Fallout series and films like Mad Max.
However, when many players hit the credits some hours later, they thought it was just another cinematic taking them to a new area. It made the gameplay feel truncated like there was more to do from that point, but nope, that was it, and they couldn't continue any further — the story was over.
The single-player campaign for RⒶGE averages out at a little over 11 hours, which may seem like a long time compared to some of the other games on this list, but for RⒶGE, it was too short. The game offers a massive open-world players can explore, and being able to kill off the main story in such a short amount of time was disappointing to tons of players, many of whom got through it in only eight hours, hitting credits just as the story got interesting.
