10. Batman: Arkham Asylum - "Wait, Did My Game Just Crash?"

So you're playing one of the best reviewed games of the year. Everything is going on swimmingly when all of a sudden the game appears to completely freeze up and crash.

Wait, is that the intro?!?! WHAT THE HELL? Did it just delete a saved game or...oh, wait a second.

The roles from the intro are reversed, and now The Joker is wheeling Batman into Arkham Asylum. It was just a really maddening interface screw, as Batman's been gassed. Note that he coughed right before it all went to hell.

This sets up a pivotal dream sequence and everything happens as scheduled. It's just really, really annoying.
