5. Knights Of The Old Republic II's Lap Dance

Star Wars: Kings Of The Old Republic II is one of the saddest could've-beens in gaming history. Developers Obsidian Entertainment had some really huge, cool ideas for their sequel to BioWare's critically-acclaimed RPG in a galaxy far, far away €“ most of which they had to totally abandon to hit the release schedule LucasArts wanted them to. The end result is a game that feels very much unfinished, like its scope was artificially tightened and so the whole €œchoose your own adventure€ aspect was significantly straight-jacketed. Fan-made mods have since tried to implement some of the mechanics and levels that Obsidian originally planned for the game. One of which is a little odd, especially given the family-friendly nature of the Star Wars films (for the most part). In the initial planning for KOTR II, there was a bit with the franchise's €œequivalent€ of a lap dance €“ a sensual neck massage for one character in a scene where he confesses his €œconfused, stupid€ love for the Jedi giving it him.
