5. Infinite Memory Card Storage

Although internal memory may seem like a brilliant and unfaultable advancement, nothing beats having a little removable memory card you could carry around with you - especially when you see the 'Hard Drive Full' prompt every time you buy a new title a few months after launch. Way back when the PS1 was king, when you wanted to go to your buddy's house to play some games, all you had to do was grab your memory card and you were off. When you got there just slide it in and all your saves are there to continue - simple. The alternative method now is having your friend sign out of their profile before fighting through the awkward tension as you go online and sign in to your own Playstation profile, then when your buddy wanted to play they had to do it all over again - and god help you if the servers for guys like Sony are down again.
