Not content with being possibly one of the worst games ever and also completely eradicating a famous cultural gaming character from existence after one of the longest and most troubling development cycles in gaming history, Duke Nukem Forever also had one of the most absolutely ridiculous achievements ever created.

Somewhere, somehow, someone at developers 3D Realms thought it would be a really cool idea to give Duke Nukem the ability to draw on objects. But that was far too vanilla for Duke – no, our crass friend would draw using an actual piece of human excrement, which he fished out of the toilet expressly for that purpose.

How very amusing! How risqué! How artistically brilliant!
