Talk about your underrated horror games, Until Dawn was the first title since the thoroughly overlooked Obscure on PS2 to really focus on 'teen horror' as a selling point.
Gone are the overblown creatures of a Resident Evil or a Evil Within, and in are pure, human, "Who's out there?!" thrills that go bump in the night. Following a group of kids messing around in an abandoned house out in the woods (where else?), Until Dawn is built on an awesome narrative where a number of key choices actually do - for once - affect how everything plays out.
Characters will die, a variety of endings will unlock, and as the story is also told through a series of psychiatric evaluations, answers you give in regards to your own personal worst fears (do NOT say 'spiders') factor into what pops up.
It's.BRILLIANT.
