The Prediction: Nintendo, in typical Nintendo fashion, will keep quiet about Virtual Console appearing on the Nintendo Switch for the entirety of 2017.

Why It Will Happen: During E3, Nintendo of America boss Reggie Fils-Aimé was asked about VC for the Switch and gave a predictable PR answer, that it's under consideration and they're still trying to figure out which method will be the most effective. It's not exactly encouraging, especially considering Nintedo's history of bafflingly stubborn business decisions.
Why It Might Not: The great thing about Nintendo is that they could easily just drop the announcement during a random Nintendo Direct livestream at any time without any hype, so keep your fingers crossed for that.
