6. Crackdown 3 Is A Critical & Commercial Bust
The Prediction: Crackdown 3 suffers from mediocre reviews and fails to meet sales expectation as a result.
Why It Will Happen: This is another game that was announced too early, and while it seemingly won't quite go the way of Scalebound given that it's actually due out on November 7th, its showing at this year's E3 was immensely disappointing, showing off severe visual downgrades and making little mention of the much-discussed cloud-based destruction tech.
Why It Might Not: First and foremost, visuals aren't everything, and the previous Crackdown games scored 83 and 70 on Metacritic respectively, which are hardly "bust" scores. Plus, a lot of Xbox One X owners will presumably pick Crackdown 3 up if only to make the most of their beefy new unit.
In short, it's really depends upon how merciless or forgiving the reviews are.
