As of last year when CD Projekt released a fun little stat-sheet covering many aspects of their production around Witcher 3, the game had surpassed one million lines of code, nestling on 1,135,617.

However, that was still before the game's delay and subsequent patches had been put together, and with 30,000 lines of dialogue present and both preceding games averaging 750,000 lines themselves, it's safe to say developer CD Projekt RED have one hell of a coding department.
