The picture you get of underworld utopia Rapture is a far clearer one than that of Infinite's Columbia. That very idea of maniacal creator Andrew Ryan providing a haven for artistically-minded individuals who believe in harvesting the various fruits of their labours at the expense of those who might be 'underserving' allowed them to build amazing structures - until things inevitably go wrong, which is where you come in. Its not just pulling apart the world itself though - which includes some brilliantly twisted comments on what happens when things like artistic expression are applied to, say, plastic surgery - it's also in your character's purpose throughout.
