14. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - Flying Without Wings
One particularly unusual example saw Rockstar celebrating players being stupid enough to try something utterly suicidal in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. During the events of Stowaway, the player is expected to board an enemy cargo plane, kill everyone onboard while in flight, plant a satchel charge and then dive out the back to safety. Simple enough you'd think. Well, in the event that someone opted to dive off the back of the plane without picking up a parachute first, the developers added a brief cutscene of the player plummeting out of the sky before smashing into a car with enough force to pop its doors off.
